Special Report - China: Preview of CPC Party Congress (Zhiwei Zhang)    The Communist Party of China will convene its 19th National Congress(hereafter the Party Congress) on Oct 18. In this report we discuss what weexpect from this important political event. The leadership reshuffle in China is aprocess that will last from the Party Congress in Oct to the National People'sCongress (NPC) in Mar 2018.
