According to the latest data released by Mexico’s central bank (Banxico), nonresidentholdings of Mexican local public debt fell to MXN 2.12trn (USD 120.4), asof 7August 2017, down MXN 10.2bn (~USD 580mn) from the previous month.。    Non-residents share of the market fell to 33.4% from 33.5% in June, equivalent to69.2% of international reserves, which currently stand at USD 174bn.。    In July 2017, total assets under management (AUM) for Mexican pension funds(Afores) increased by 1.15%.
