Negotiations are underway to hike Mexico’s minimum wage, and should conclude soon.    While the central bank is concerned about the potential pass-through from a large hike oninflation, our estimates suggest a more muted impact.    We continue to expect inflation to plunge next year, paving the way for rate cuts.
